Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient table service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Prepare and present teppanyaki dishes at the table, following basic cooking standards and maintaining safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any special dietary requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front‑of‑house area, including dining tables, service stations, and beverage stations.
  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions‑oriented approach.
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet or special event setups, adapting quickly to changing guest volumes.
  • Monitor stock levels of tableware, condiments, and beverages, and communicate replenishment needs to the manager.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards by wearing a neat, presentable uniform and adhering to grooming guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow waitstaff, bartenders, and kitchen crew to deliver seamless service during peak hours.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling, POS reconciliation, and preparing the dining area for the next service.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 18 and 30 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Strong interest in the food & beverage industry; culinary school graduates are preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in teppanyaki cooking techniques.
  • Residence in Purwokerto or surrounding areas.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a high‑volume environment.
  • Previous experience in F&B service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Professional appearance and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and hospitality skills.
  • High level of discipline, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
