Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Store Staff (Staf Toko) to join our dynamic team in the Area Mimika, Provinsi Papua. This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on experience in the fast‑growing food & beverage industry, providing excellent customer service and supporting daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy working with a diverse team, and be eager to learn all aspects of restaurant service, from front‑of‑house duties to back‑of‑house production.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and master each job desk and station within the restaurant, including cash handling, order taking, and food preparation.
  • Perform rotating assignments (rolling station) across all areas: cashier, server/waiter, noodle station, bar, dim sum, production, and clean‑up.
  • Deliver friendly, prompt, and accurate service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Maintain hygiene standards and adhere to food safety protocols throughout all shifts.
  • Assist in inventory checks, restocking supplies, and preparing the dining area for service.
  • Participate actively in scheduled training sessions and on‑the‑job coaching to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Report any equipment issues, stock shortages, or customer concerns to management promptly.

Requirements

  • Maximum age of 30 years.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service settings (fresh graduates are also welcome).
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
  • Clean health record with no chronic illnesses.
  • Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal history.
  • Willingness to work a 6‑day shifting schedule with one weekday off.
  • Readiness to attend store‑based training and adapt to multiple work stations.
  • Gender: open to all applicants.
  • Basic customer service skills, including problem‑solving and conflict resolution.
