Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audits of administrative procedures, financial records, and compliance documentation to verify accuracy and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in processes, and develop actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, summarizing findings, risk assessments, and suggested improvements for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including finance, HR, legal, and operations—to ensure audit recommendations are understood and implemented effectively.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective measures and perform follow‑up audits to confirm sustained compliance.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant laws, industry standards, and best practices in administrative governance and compliance.
- Assist in the development and revision of internal policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance checklists.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on audit findings, compliance requirements, and best practices for documentation.
- Support the preparation for external regulatory inspections and certifications.
- Work under tight deadlines while managing multiple audit projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Age: Maximum 40 years
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field
- Work Experience: Entry‑level (0‑2 years) is acceptable; internships or academic projects in audit/compliance are a plus
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English, if possible)
- High level of honesty, discipline, creativity, and a target‑oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with audit software or ERP systems
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving capabilities
