Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and manage potential customers (leads) interested in purchasing Honda motorcycles.
  • Present and demonstrate Honda motorcycle models, highlighting key specifications, promotional offers, and financing options.
  • Conduct credit simulations and assist customers with cash or credit purchase processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Leverage social media platforms, online marketplaces, and digital advertising to generate new sales opportunities and expand brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, finance, and after‑sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide post‑sale follow‑up, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, product briefings, and market analysis meetings to stay informed about the latest Honda offerings and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the automotive or retail sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present persuasively.
  • Proficiency with smartphones, social media tools, and basic CRM or spreadsheet applications.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and willingness to learn new sales techniques.
