Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Beauty Advisor – Event Produk Kecantikan to join our dynamic team in Binjai. This role focuses on representing premium beauty brands at product launch events, trade shows, and in‑store promotions. As the face of the brand, you will engage with customers, provide expert product knowledge, and drive sales through compelling demonstrations and personalized consultations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct live product demonstrations and tutorials during beauty events, ensuring attendees understand usage techniques and benefits.
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations, recommending appropriate products based on skin type, concerns, and client preferences.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain an organized and attractive display of beauty products, ensuring all promotional materials are up‑to‑date and visually appealing.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the marketing and product development teams to influence future launches.
- Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and negotiate purchase options with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with event coordinators, marketing specialists, and fellow advisors to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Stay current on industry trends, new product releases, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients.
- Prepare post‑event reports, including sales performance, customer demographics, and recommendations for improvement.
- Adhere to company policies regarding health, safety, and hygiene standards during product handling and demonstrations.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: At least 10 years of proven experience as a Beauty Advisor or similar role within the cosmetics industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and achieve sales targets consistently.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence in public speaking.
- Proficiency with basic communication tools (smartphone, email, messaging apps) for scheduling and follow‑up.
- Flexibility to work seven days a week, with daily shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
