We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Beauty Advisor to join our vibrant team at Jogja City Mall. As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our beauty services, guiding clients through personalized treatments, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract new customers through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking events.
- Maintain and nurture existing client relationships by providing timely follow‑ups and personalized service.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and address any concerns or complaints.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting a full range of beauty, fitness, and makeup services.
- Prepare accurate daily and weekly sales reports, tracking performance against goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in‑store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and emerging techniques to provide expert advice.
- Participate in regular training sessions to continuously improve both soft and hard skills.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards required for beauty treatments.
- Work the designated schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma or higher preferred.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in beauty, fitness, or makeup services.
- Strong persuasive communication skills and a proven ability to close sales.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building trust and rapport with diverse clientele.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
