Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staf Akuntansi dan Pengadaan (Accounting and Procurement Staff) to join our dynamic team. This role serves as a critical bridge between the finance department and the procurement function, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and that the organization’s purchasing activities are conducted efficiently, transparently, and in line with corporate policies. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in basic accounting principles, a keen eye for numbers, and the ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and post daily journal entries, invoices, and payment vouchers in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing of supplier invoices and customer payments.
- Assist in the month‑end and year‑end closing processes, including bank reconciliations and preparation of financial statements.
- Coordinate the procurement cycle from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring compliance with internal controls and budgetary limits.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date vendor master file, negotiate terms where appropriate, and evaluate supplier performance.
- Track inventory levels, process stock‑in and stock‑out transactions, and support periodic physical inventory counts.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast purchasing needs and assist in budget preparation.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities, suggest alternative suppliers, and support the implementation of procurement best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, aging of payables, and cash flow projections for senior management.
- Handle ad‑hoc financial analyses, audit support, and any other tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a background in accounting, finance, or business administration is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting, procurement, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar).
