Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Marketing to join our Randudongkal branch in Pemalang. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by promoting our financial products to both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sales mindset with excellent interpersonal skills, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients throughout the credit application and repayment process.
Responsibilities
- Proactively present and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of credit and financing products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Randudongkal market.
- Generate orders through the channel distribution network, collecting initial data, verifying information, and completing all required documentation for customer credit applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, maintain clear communication with dealers and customers, and promptly relay approval or rejection decisions.
- Educate customers on payment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional information necessary for a smooth repayment experience.
- Build and sustain long‑term relationships with dealers, distributors, and end‑users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare daily and weekly reports, and provide market feedback to the management team for strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns, product launches, and local events to boost brand visibility.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; any study field is acceptable.
- Age: Must be 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of sales or credit‑related experience; recent graduates may apply if they demonstrate strong potential.
- Core Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Negotiation, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- High integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Self‑motivation and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with B2C sales management, sales‑oriented mindset, and basic understanding of property financing processes.
- Logistics: Own vehicle and a valid active driving license (SIM A/C) are required for field visits.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
