Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective customers, establishing a broad network of business contacts to generate a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analyses to uncover client pain points, market trends, and competitive dynamics, then propose tailored solutions that align with the company’s product portfolio.
  • Design and implement effective marketing and sales strategies, including lead generation campaigns, digital outreach, and participation in industry events, to boost brand visibility and sales performance.
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are advantageous for the organization while maintaining a customer‑centric approach that fosters long‑term loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely reports on sales activities, pipeline health, and market intelligence to senior management for strategic decision‑making.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—product development, marketing, and customer support—to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement of offerings.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost, and propose corrective actions when necessary.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact the business landscape, providing insights to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4; preferred S1 in Business, Management, or Communications.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of business development experience, preferably within the CCTV, security, or related technology sectors.
  • Gender: Open to all genders; however, some postings specify a preference for female candidates.
  • Key Skills: Business analysis, negotiation, strategic planning, digital marketing tools, market research, sales analytics, and customer relationship management.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong teamwork orientation, high adaptability, problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 09:00 – 18:00.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, digital marketing suites, and data visualization tools is a distinct advantage.
