Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including loan instalment payments, cash deposits, and withdrawals while adhering to strict security and compliance protocols.
- Facilitate the disbursement of non‑transfer NDS financing products and manage petty‑cash withdrawals for authorized personnel.
- Identify customer needs and present appropriate cross‑sell programs such as credit cards, personal loans, and fee‑based income services.
- Accurately record and reconcile all cash received from cross‑sell initiatives, ensuring end‑of‑day balance sheets are error‑free.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of bank policies, regulatory requirements, and product features to provide reliable advice.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) to generate transaction reports, update customer files, and support branch administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients courteously, answering inquiries clearly, and resolving issues promptly.
- Support branch operations during peak hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00) and assist teammates during busy periods.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demonstrate honesty, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (Diploma) from any field with a GPA of at least 2.50; SMA/SMK or equivalent is also acceptable for entry‑level candidates.
- Age: maximum 26 years for diploma holders; up to 29 years for high‑school graduates.
- Open to fresh graduates; candidates with up to 1 year of teller or banking experience are preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong verbal communication skills, ability to interact politely with diverse customers, and basic sales administration capabilities.
- Demonstrated reliability, meticulousness, and integrity in handling cash and confidential information.
