Bolde Store is seeking energetic and reliable Crew Runners to join our dynamic retail team at two strategic locations in Solo: the bustling Ruko Jayengan outlet and the high‑traffic Mall Paragon Solo Cilegon store. As a frontline associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding customer service, and safeguarding the financial integrity of each store. Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring that all service standards are met consistently.
- Monitor and verify customer data entries, maintaining accurate records for sales, returns, and loyalty programs.
- Guide shoppers in locating products, answering product‑related inquiries, and providing personalized recommendations that drive sales.
- Handle cash flow responsibly, processing transactions, reconciling cash registers, and supporting the cashier during peak periods.
- Coordinate in‑store promotions, merchandising displays, and visual marketing initiatives to attract foot traffic and boost conversion rates.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts (stock opname), and ensure product quality meets brand standards.
- Uphold store safety and cleanliness protocols, performing routine inspections and addressing any hazards promptly.
- Collaborate closely with team members, providing mentorship and feedback to junior staff while fostering a positive work atmosphere.
- Analyze sales performance against targets, reporting insights to store management and suggesting actionable improvements.
- Adapt to flexible scheduling across both locations, with a clear understanding of shift assignments communicated during the interview process.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in retail, sales, or customer‑service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers professionally.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward sales targets and take ownership of store revenue growth.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations, including POS systems, inventory software, and standard office applications.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 17:00, and willingness to be stationed at both the Ruko Jayengan and Mall Paragon locations.
