Introduction
PT Bina Artha Ventura, a reputable financing institution operating across Sumatra, is expanding its field team and seeks energetic individuals to join as Business Officer – Cabang Air Putih. This position is a customer‑facing, service‑oriented role focused on individual loan products, with a clear pathway for career growth, professional training, and performance‑based rewards. The successful candidate will work Monday‑Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00, interacting directly with prospects and existing borrowers in the Air Putih area.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential borrowers through networking, community events, and digital outreach.
- Conduct on‑site feasibility surveys to assess the creditworthiness and repayment capacity of each applicant.
- Explain financing products, terms, and conditions clearly, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each client.
- Provide continuous monitoring and relationship management for existing borrowers, ensuring timely repayments and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, loan applications, approvals, and disbursements using the company’s CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports, including pipeline status, loan volume, and risk assessments to the regional manager.
- Achieve a minimum monthly financing target of IDR 10 million in new disbursements.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and collections teams to streamline the approval process and resolve delinencies.
- Participate in community outreach programs and promotional events to enhance brand visibility and attract quality leads.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 32 years.

- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged.
- Key soft skills: persuasive communication, problem‑solving, basic marketing acumen, and a customer‑service mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.

- Willingness to travel locally and conduct field surveys as needed.
