Responsibilities
- Develop customized lesson plans that align with each student’s curriculum, learning style, and performance goals.
- Deliver one‑on‑one instruction in subjects such as Mathematics, Bahasa Indonesia, Science, and English, ensuring concepts are explained clearly and engagingly.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and informal observations, then provide detailed feedback to students and their parents.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson content, and performance metrics using the centre’s learning management system.
- Communicate proactively with parents or guardians to discuss student achievements, challenges, and recommended strategies for improvement.
- Stay current with national curriculum standards, teaching methodologies, and educational technology tools to enhance classroom effectiveness.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, training sessions, and peer‑review workshops to continuously refine instructional techniques.
- Uphold the centre’s code of conduct, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) in Education, Mathematics, Bahasa, Science, or a related field.
- Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with the centre’s specific program needs.
- Age: Maximum 35 years old at the time of application.
- Prior tutoring or classroom teaching experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with students and parents.
- Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple student schedules and lesson plans simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using digital teaching aids, such as interactive whiteboards, online quiz platforms, and video conferencing tools.
