Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new borrower prospects by conducting outreach, community events, and referrals to grow Amartha’s loan program membership.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling and continuous support to existing borrowers, helping them manage cash flow, savings, and repayment schedules.
- Perform detailed field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the full collection cycle, including timely follow‑up, reminder calls, and on‑site visits to secure repayments while maintaining respectful client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, survey results, and repayment activities in the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to share market insights, report emerging risks, and suggest improvements to program design.
- Participate in regular training sessions and community workshops to stay current on financial products, digital tools, and best practices in micro‑finance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age between 18 and 30 years; candidates up to 33 years are also considered.
- Open to all genders; female applicants are preferred but not mandatory.
- Possession of a personal vehicle for daily field travel.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, effective communication, resilience, and disciplined work habits.
- Willingness to work on‑site every day, including weekends if required for special community events.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates and seasoned field agents alike are encouraged to apply.
- Basic digital literacy and ability to use mobile applications for data collection and reporting.
