Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading multifinance institution in Indonesia, is seeking a diligent Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our team in Kandis, Riau. This role is pivotal in ensuring the timely collection of overdue accounts receivable (A/R Overdue) and supporting the company’s cash‑flow stability. The successful candidate will work from our local office, adhering to a Monday‑Saturday schedule, and will be part of a dynamic environment where professionalism, integrity, and results‑orientation are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the entire A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, identify high‑risk cases, and prioritize follow‑up actions.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate repayment plans.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to verify the accuracy of outstanding balances and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all communications and agreements in the company’s CRM system.
- Support the development of collection strategies that align with Adira Finance’s target‑driven business model.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on regulatory changes, credit‑risk policies, and effective negotiation techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any major). A bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, debt collection, or a related field; fresh graduates with strong academic records are also encouraged to apply.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong focus on meeting collection targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using office productivity tools (MS Office, email, and basic CRM software).
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance office in Kandis, Riau, in accordance with the applicant’s domicile.
