Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential borrowers by conducting outreach, building trust, and explaining Amartha’s loan programs.
- Provide on‑site economic counseling and financial literacy support to existing members, helping them manage cash flow, savings, and repayment schedules.
- Conduct thorough field surveys and feasibility analyses of loan applications, ensuring compliance with Amartha’s underwriting policies and risk‑assessment guidelines.
- Coordinate the full loan cycle, from initial data collection to documentation, and facilitate timely disbursement of funds.
- Execute collection activities, including reminder calls, home visits, and negotiation of repayment plans, while maintaining a respectful and solution‑focused approach.
- Maintain accurate daily reports, update the CRM system, and provide feedback to the regional manager on market trends and client needs.
- Collaborate with local partners, community leaders, and government agencies to promote Amartha’s mission and expand the network of borrowers.
- Participate in regular training sessions, skill‑building workshops, and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑30 years (maximum 33 years is acceptable).
- Both male and female candidates are welcome; female candidates are highly preferred.
- Own reliable motor vehicle for daily field visits.
- Strong integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
- Resilience, discipline, and a willingness to work outdoors every day.
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates with a passion for community development are encouraged to apply.
- Basic digital literacy and analytical skills for evaluating loan applications.
