Introduction

We are looking for a motivated Staf Administrasi dan Penjualan to join our friendly petshop team. This full‑time role is perfect for a detail‑oriented individual who loves animals and enjoys interacting with customers. The position is based in the Tropodo/Buduran area, offering a vibrant work environment where passion for pets meets professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily front‑desk operations, including greeting customers, answering phone inquiries, and managing appointment bookings for grooming or veterinary services.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for pet food, accessories, and medical supplies using our store management system.
  • Process sales transactions, issue receipts, and ensure cash register balances at the end of each shift.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their pets, providing knowledgeable recommendations on nutrition, health, and behavior.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking, track purchase orders, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports, analyze trends, and suggest promotional strategies to increase revenue.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as social media posts, in‑store events, and loyalty programs.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with the grooming and veterinary staff to schedule services and handle special customer requests.
  • Continuously update product knowledge through training sessions and industry research.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female (per company policy)
  • Age: 18–35 years
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
  • Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for animals and a genuine interest in pet care.
  • Strong sense of honesty, discipline, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team, learn quickly, and adapt to a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Residence in Tropodo or Buduran (preferred) to ensure punctuality.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with store management software (training will be provided).
