To support our expanding operations, we are seeking motivated individuals for the combined role of Picker and Packer. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a dynamic warehouse environment, are detail‑oriented, and can follow clear instructions while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Responsibilities
- Picker Duties
- Continuously monitor the incoming order queue (New Order) through the warehouse management system.
- Print inventory (inv) orders and verify that all details match the system records.
- Locate and retrieve items from storage locations accurately according to each printed inv order.
- Maintain a clean and organized picking area to minimize errors and improve efficiency.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Packer Duties
- Scan each barcode on the order sheet to confirm the correct product has been selected.
- Pack items securely following company‑specified packaging standards, including the use of protective materials, labeling, and documentation.
- Initiate the driver dispatch process by sending the order to the system or directly “tembak” (notify) the driver.
- Load the packed goods into the driver’s bag or trolley, ensuring the correct items are handed over to the assigned driver.
- Perform a final verification of the packed shipment before it leaves the warehouse.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security procedures within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, supervisors, and the transportation department to streamline workflow.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the current operational need).
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Key Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously.
- Basic computer literacy for order monitoring and barcode scanning.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift moderate loads, and perform repetitive motions.
- Good communication skills for coordinating with drivers and warehouse staff.
- Work Schedule: Full‑time, 08:00 – 17:00, with days of work to be communicated in advance.
