Introduction
Yayasan YRA is seeking a dynamic Staff Multimedia & Social Media – Digital Content Management professional to join our communications team. This role is ideal for creative individuals with a background in multimedia who are passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and advancing the mission of a socially‑focused organization. The successful candidate will work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, producing compelling visual and written content that amplifies our initiatives across all major social platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and publish daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
- Conceptualize and produce original multimedia assets—including photos, short‑form videos, graphics, and animations—using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable tools.
- Edit raw footage and images to create polished, engaging content that aligns with campaign objectives and storytelling guidelines.
- Monitor social media metrics (reach, engagement, click‑through rates) and generate weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with program managers, volunteers, and external partners to gather stories, testimonials, and event coverage.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, tagging and archiving files for easy retrieval by the team.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing, recommending innovative approaches to keep the foundation’s voice fresh.
- Provide basic community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Assist with occasional field work—capturing on‑site events, conducting interviews, and driving to locations when a personal vehicle is available.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Multimedia, Communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.

- Proven experience (0+ years) managing social media accounts for brands, NGOs, or personal projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in photo/video editing, graphic design, and content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and innovate within limited resources.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Own a functional laptop and a quality camera; personal vehicle ownership is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, enabling clear interaction with stakeholders.
