Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential new borrowers in the Tangerang Point Kresek region, presenting Amartha’s micro‑loan programs and encouraging participation.
- Provide ongoing economic counseling and support to existing members, helping them manage household finances and improve repayment capacity.
- Conduct on‑site surveys and perform rigorous feasibility analyses of loan applications, adhering to Amartha’s internal policies, credit‑risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on borrower eligibility, collateral assessments, and repayment forecasts for senior credit officers.
- Execute the full cycle of loan disbursement, including documentation verification, contract signing, and fund transfer coordination.
- Manage the collection process by following up with borrowers, negotiating payment plans when necessary, and reporting delinquent accounts promptly.
- Maintain accurate field records using digital tools, ensuring data integrity and timely updates to the central CRM system.
- Collaborate with the regional operations team to share market insights, suggest product enhancements, and contribute to the continuous improvement of field strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 18 and 30 years; maximum age of 33 is acceptable for mature candidates.
- Open to all genders; preference may be given to female applicants based on community dynamics.
- Possession of a personal vehicle is essential for daily field visits.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and disciplined work habits.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and physical stamina to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
- Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with mobile data collection apps and spreadsheet tools.
- Prior experience in field sales, micro‑finance, or community outreach is advantageous but not mandatory.
