Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operator Reach Truck to join our fast‑moving warehouse team in Cibitung, Kabupaten Bekasi. This role is essential to the efficiency of our inbound, inventory, and outbound operations, ensuring that goods move smoothly through our distribution center. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Jungheinrich reach trucks, a strong safety mindset, and the flexibility to work varied shifts in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute inbound processes by receiving shipments, verifying quantities, and safely storing items on double‑deep racks.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and cycle counts, updating the warehouse management system in real time.
- Pick and retrieve pre‑designated goods for order fulfillment, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
- Load and unload pallets using the reach truck, positioning loads precisely to maximize storage density.
- Place items in their assigned locations following the warehouse layout and slotting strategy.
- Maintain the reach truck according to standard operating procedures, performing daily inspections, routine cleaning, and reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and the safety department to uphold a zero‑accident workplace.
- Adapt to shift schedules—including morning, afternoon, and night shifts—and work six days per week, including public holidays when required.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Must be 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience operating a reach truck (double‑deep) in a warehouse setting.
- Certifications: Active SIO (Surat Izin Operasi) – any level (I, II, III) is acceptable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Jungheinrich reach trucks, including understanding of controls, load limits, and safety features.
- Personal Attributes: Detail‑oriented, agile, responsible, hard‑working, and capable of working independently.
- Work Schedule: Willingness to work six days a week (including national holidays) with one day off, and to rotate among morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift moderate loads, stand for extended periods, and operate machinery in a fast‑paced environment.
