Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Helper Operasional Pendukung Tim Proyek to join our logistics and warehouse team. This role is essential for ensuring that goods are handled, stored, and delivered efficiently, supporting the broader project team in meeting tight schedules and high service standards. The successful candidate will work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and project coordinators to maintain a smooth flow of inventory from our facility to multiple outlet locations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with drivers to deliver goods to designated outlets according to the daily delivery schedule, ensuring punctuality and accurate documentation.
- Verify that all items leaving the warehouse match the sales invoice, performing a thorough check to prevent mismatches or missing items.
- Assist in unloading incoming shipments, carefully moving cargo to the appropriate storage zones while adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of storage areas, conducting routine inspections to prevent damage, contamination, or pest infestation.
- Organize, relocate, and tidy merchandise within the warehouse, using proper stacking techniques to maximize space utilization.
- Support inventory counting cycles by preparing pallets, scanning barcodes, and updating system records.
- Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety hazards to the warehouse supervisor promptly.
- Participate in regular safety briefings and adhere to personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Provide occasional assistance to project teams with material handling for on‑site installations or special events.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to coordinate loading, unloading, and storage activities efficiently.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years (flexible based on experience).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of warehouse operations, ability to read delivery manifests, and familiarity with hand‑held scanning devices.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting and moving items up to 25 kg and standing for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, good time‑management, teamwork orientation, and a proactive attitude toward problem‑solving.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
