Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential new partners for Amartha’s financial inclusion programs across Ngabang, Tayan Hulu, Parindu, Sanggau Kapuas, Sekadau, Sekayam, Anjongan, and Mempawah.
- Conduct on‑site visits and surveys to assess the creditworthiness and financing needs of households, using Amartha’s standardized eligibility criteria and risk‑assessment tools.
- Provide continuous economic counseling and support to existing members, helping them manage cash flow, improve savings habits, and grow their micro‑enterprises.
- Prepare detailed feasibility reports and submit loan applications in accordance with internal policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Monitor repayment schedules, follow up on overdue installments, and coordinate with the collections team to maintain a healthy portfolio performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, field observations, and transaction data using mobile reporting systems.
- Collaborate closely with regional supervisors, training coordinators, and product specialists to share insights from the field and suggest service improvements.
- Represent Amartha at community events, workshops, and local gatherings to raise awareness of our financial products and social mission.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; all study fields accepted.
- Age: up to 30 years old (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, field operations, or micro‑finance (fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply).
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C driving licence.
- Strong personal integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Resilience and adaptability to work in remote, rural settings and navigate varying weather conditions.
- Basic proficiency with mobile data collection tools and Microsoft Office applications.
