Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer – Mobile to join our growing team in Tulungagung, Jawa Timur. This role focuses on expanding our market presence by promoting the company’s product portfolio to both existing and new customers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer‑focused, and possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Actively market and present the company’s range of mobile products to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Tulungagung region.
- Generate sales orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data entry and thorough verification of customer documentation.
- Prepare and complete credit applications, collaborating with the finance department to expedite approvals.
- Monitor the progress of each credit application, promptly communicating approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on payment due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms or conditions they need to know.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records of all interactions, orders, and follow‑ups in the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct regular post‑sale follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross‑selling.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, reporting on pipeline status, challenges, and achievements.
- Continuously stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to provide valuable feedback to the product development team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3 (any major) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
- Age: 29 years maximum; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role is preferred, though fresh talent with strong motivation will be considered.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to negotiate and build lasting relationships.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable motor vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C driving license.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
- Proficiency in basic office software and familiarity with CRM tools.
