Introduction

To keep up with rising demand and maintain the high quality of its products, the company is seeking a dedicated Teknisi MMT – Spesialis Perawatan dan Operasional Mesin. This role is vital for ensuring that all production equipment runs smoothly, minimizing downtime, and supporting a seamless workflow from design to finished product.
The position is full‑time, Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and is open to male candidates who have completed at least senior high school (SMA/SMK) and possess a minimum of one year of relevant maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on printing presses, cutting machines, laminators, and other production‑line equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults quickly and execute corrective repairs to avoid production bottlenecks.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables, and coordinate re‑ordering when stock levels fall below threshold.
- Develop and document long‑term maintenance schedules, including calibration, cleaning, and component replacement cycles.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to plan maintenance windows that align with shift patterns and order deadlines.
- Train junior staff on safe operation, basic troubleshooting, and proper handling of equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ISO standards, and company SOPs, conducting regular safety audits of the workshop area.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, logbook entries, and incident documentation for management review.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, suggesting upgrades or process changes that enhance equipment reliability and energy efficiency.
Requirements
- Male, minimum age requirement not specified; willingness to work flexible hours if needed.
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent technical diploma.
- Work experience: 1–3 years in maintenance engineering, electrical or mechanical maintenance, preventive maintenance, or equipment servicing within a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Technical skills: Knowledge of AVR systems, industrial electrical installation, machine troubleshooting, and mechanical upkeep.
- Strong communication abilities – able to explain technical issues clearly to non‑technical staff and to document work accurately.
- Team‑player mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving attitude.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer literacy (MS Office).
- Commitment to safety protocols and willingness to attend regular safety and technical training sessions.
