Introduction
Namrole, a leading player in the multifinance sector, is expanding its collection team to strengthen the efficiency of its accounts receivable processes. We are seeking a proactive Petugas Penagihan (Collections Officer) to join our dynamic branch office in Adira. This role is critical for ensuring timely recovery of overdue payments, supporting the company’s cash flow, and maintaining strong relationships with borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the complete A/R overdue collection cycle, ensuring all outstanding invoices are pursued promptly and in accordance with company policy.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, updating the collection database, and generating status reports for management.
- Initiate contact with customers via phone, email, or in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans, resolve disputes, and secure commitments.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to verify the validity of claims and to understand the underlying reasons for payment delays.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly collection performance metrics, highlighting trends, risk exposures, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications, agreements, and actions taken, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in cross‑functional meetings with sales, legal, and finance departments to align collection strategies with broader business objectives.
- Provide feedback on credit policies and recommend enhancements to reduce future delinquency rates.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate) or S1 (bachelor) in any field; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 29‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in collections, credit monitoring, or related financial services; experience in multifinance is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation ability.
- High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using collection software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to be placed at the Adira branch office according to domicile.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑16:00.
