We are seeking a talented Graphic & Multimedia AI Designer to join our fast‑growing creative studio in Indonesia. This role blends traditional design expertise with cutting‑edge artificial‑intelligence tools to produce eye‑catching visuals, short‑form videos, and virtual characters for social media, advertising, and emerging digital platforms. Responsibilities
- Generate high‑quality images, illustrations, and visual assets using AI image generators such as Midjourney, DALL·E, and Canva.
- Produce short‑form AI‑enhanced videos (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels) utilizing tools like Sora, Nano Banana, Veo 3, and Kling.
- Design, develop, and refine AI‑powered virtual influencers, avatars, and VTuber characters for brand campaigns and digital experiences.
- Assemble and edit video content, adding motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design to meet platform‑specific guidelines.
- Create reusable visual templates, mood boards, and creative concepts that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, scriptwriters, and the broader creative team to ensure cohesive storytelling across all media formats.
- Conduct prompt engineering to fine‑tune AI outputs, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and visual narrative.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest AI design tools, 3‑D software (Blender, Unreal Engine), and emerging trends in digital entertainment, anime, K‑pop, and gaming culture.
- Maintain an organized library of assets and documentation for future reuse and reference.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas that push the boundaries of AI‑assisted creativity.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Multimedia Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia production.
- Proficiency with AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva) and AI video tools (Nano Banana, Veo 3, Sora).
- Advanced skills in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects (plus), CapCut, or VN.
- Portfolio showcasing AI‑generated artwork, character design, or VTuber projects (highly valued).
- Experience with 3‑D tools such as Blender or Unreal Engine is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, prompt engineering, and brand‑centric design principles.
- Soft skills: creativity, rapid learning ability, meticulous attention to detail, high productivity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Passion for digital culture—anime, K‑pop, gaming, or other creative media—will be considered an additional advantage.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional project deadlines.
