Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and attentive service to every customer who enters the store.
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, from product selection to final transaction.
- Actively promote and recommend optical products, accessories, and related services based on individual needs.
- Explain product features, lens technologies, and warranty options in clear, understandable language.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring displays are fully stocked and merchandise is properly presented.
- Handle point‑of‑sale (POS) operations, including cash handling, processing credit card payments, and issuing receipts.
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims while adhering to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Participate in weekly product training sessions to stay current on the latest imaging technologies and fashion trends.
- Be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holiday periods as required.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) or equivalent (SMK/Sederajat).
- Maximum age: 23 years old.
- Gender: Female (as per company policy for this specific role).
- Marital status: Unmarried.
- Not currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated teamwork ability and willingness to support colleagues during busy periods.
- Excellent time‑management skills with the capacity to multitask in a retail environment.
- Flexibility to work the schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM, including weekends.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and inventory software.
- Enthusiasm for learning about optical products and emerging imaging technologies.
