Responsibilities
The Supervisor Tim Leader will be responsible for the overall health and growth of the assigned branch. Core duties include:
- Ensuring all branch KPIs—such as loan disbursement targets, repayment rates, and portfolio quality—are met or exceeded.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day branch operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with internal policies.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring a high‑performing team of loan officers, field agents, and support staff.
- Driving the expansion of Amartha’s service area by identifying new market opportunities and establishing relationships with local partners.
- Maintaining portfolio quality in line with Amartha’s risk‑management standards and preparing audit‑ready reports for senior management.
- Promoting a culture of transparency, open communication, and ethical conduct within the branch.
- Coordinating with regional managers to align branch activities with broader corporate strategies.
- Utilizing analytical tools to monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum D3/D4 (Diploma) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Age: Maximum 35 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: At least 1 year of leadership experience in micro‑finance, preferably within a Grameen‑style institution.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Transportation: Own a reliable personal vehicle for field visits and client outreach.
- Key Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in banking products and micro‑finance services.
- Effective database and administrative management.
- Adaptability and teamwork orientation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
