Introduction
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kurir Mobil Ekspedisi/Logistik (SIM A) to join our fast‑growing transportation team in the Tangerang region. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to work in a dynamic logistics environment, handling both local and inter‑city deliveries while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. The successful applicant will operate our company vehicles, manage delivery documentation, and support loading and unloading activities as needed. Flexibility in shift work and the willingness to be stationed across Kota Tangerang, Kabupaten Tangerang, or Tangerang Selatan are essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and collect parcels, documents, and freight using company‑provided vehicles while adhering to scheduled routes.
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections, checking oil levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition to guarantee safety and compliance.
- Ensure that each shipment arrives on time and in perfect condition, handling any exceptions or delays with proactive communication.
- Complete all required delivery paperwork, including waybills, electronic tracking logs, and proof‑of‑delivery signatures, then submit daily reports to the dispatch team.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, securing items properly to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of local and inter‑city routes, traffic patterns, and any road restrictions that could affect delivery times.
- Provide courteous and professional interaction with customers, representing the company’s brand and values at every stop.
- Participate in shift rotations and be prepared to work evenings, weekends, or holidays when demand spikes.
- Report vehicle incidents, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly to the fleet manager.
- Contribute ideas for route optimization and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, age 45 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Valid and active SIM A (driver’s license) for passenger and light‑vehicle operation.
- Smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM to run navigation and delivery apps.
- Strong familiarity with local delivery routes in Tangerang and the ability to learn inter‑city routes when required.
- Willingness to work in a shift‑based schedule, including possible night or weekend assignments.
- Excellent communication etiquette, reliability, and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Physical ability to assist with loading and unloading parcels of varying sizes and weights.
- Basic literacy in Indonesian for completing documentation and reporting.
