Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Juru Usaha Senior – Pengelolaan Proyek Strategis to join our growing team. This senior‑level position plays a pivotal role in driving the planning, execution, and delivery of high‑impact projects that support the company’s long‑term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will combine solid project management expertise with strong interpersonal skills, enabling them to lead cross‑functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain performance under tight deadlines. The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, offering a stable work schedule in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end management of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as finance, operations, marketing, and IT to secure necessary inputs and approvals.
- Facilitate regular status meetings, prepare progress reports, and present key findings to senior management and external partners.
- Monitor project performance metrics, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in project documentation, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
- Handle high‑pressure situations calmly, making decisive decisions while keeping the team focused and motivated.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into future project cycles.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, corporate policies, and health‑and‑safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields is a plus.
