Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Field Collections Staff to join our team in Kendari immediately. This role is a critical part of our credit financing operations, ensuring timely repayment of vehicle loans and maintaining strong relationships with our borrowers. The successful candidate will work directly in the field, conducting daily visits, handling delicate collection conversations, and supporting customers through the use of our digital payment platform, Adiraku.
The position offers a dynamic work environment where you will collaborate closely with the finance, legal, and warehouse teams, playing a key role in safeguarding company assets while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive and verify the daily visitation schedule, then execute all assigned routes within the designated geographic area efficiently and safely.
- Proactively remind borrowers of upcoming payment due dates, offering clear explanations of the consequences of missed payments.
- Conduct collection activities for accounts delinquent between 1 and 60 days, employing a professional and empathetic approach to negotiate payment plans.
- When necessary and in accordance with company policy, coordinate the repossession of financed vehicles, ensuring that all legal documentation and administrative procedures are accurately completed.
- Securely transport collected cash to the on‑site teller, and hand over recovered vehicles to the warehouse team along with all required supporting documents.
- Educate borrowers on the use of the Adiraku mobile application, guiding them through the payment process and troubleshooting any technical issues.
- Maintain detailed daily reports of visits, collection outcomes, and any incidents, uploading the information to the central CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit risk department to flag high‑risk accounts and suggest preventive actions.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s code of conduct, data privacy regulations, and the OJK (Financial Services Authority) compliance standards.
Requirements
- Male candidates only; gender requirement as stipulated by local labor regulations.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Active motorcycle ownership with a valid SIM C license.
- Clean credit history: OJK KOL 1 rating, no outstanding personal loans, and no active micro‑finance borrowing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and familiarity with mobile payment applications.
- Good physical stamina and ability to travel extensively across Kendari and surrounding areas.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical collection practices.
