Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Pemasaran Digital to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school graduates or vocational school alumni who are eager to launch a career in digital marketing. The role is based in our Jakarta office, with a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00). Candidates must be single, between 18‑24 years old, and possess a strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility. No prior experience is required, as a comprehensive training program will be provided to develop the necessary skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, segmenting audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Help maintain the company website and blog by updating pages, uploading images, and ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and native platform dashboards to identify trends and optimize results.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop graphic assets, video snippets, and interactive media that align with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promotional events, contests, and influencer partnerships.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social channels in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand sentiment.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports that summarize key KPIs such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Continuously stay updated on emerging digital trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising formats to keep the brand ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Educational background: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑24 years; must be unmarried.
