Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, segmenting audiences, and monitoring performance metrics.
- Help maintain the company website and blog by updating pages, uploading images, and ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
- Monitor and analyze digital campaign data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and native platform dashboards to identify trends and optimize results.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop graphic assets, video snippets, and interactive media that align with brand guidelines.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for promotional events, contests, and influencer partnerships.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social channels in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive brand sentiment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports that summarize key KPIs such as reach, engagement, click‑through rates, and conversion metrics.
