Introduction
We are looking for an energetic Frontliner Gadget to join our dynamic retail team in Denpasar. This front‑line position serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting our gadget and consumer‑electronics stores, playing a crucial role in driving sales, delivering exceptional service, and representing the brand with professionalism. The successful candidate will work in a fast‑paced environment, interacting with a diverse customer base, and will be instrumental in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage every customer with a friendly, professional demeanor, quickly assessing their needs and recommending suitable gadgets and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets by actively promoting product features, benefits, and promotional offers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across the full range of smartphones, tablets, wearables, and related accessories, including technical specifications and compatibility.
- Monitor store inventory levels, ensure shelves are fully stocked, and coordinate with the back‑office team to reorder low‑stock items promptly.
- Arrange merchandise displays to maximize visual appeal, adhering to brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
- Collect and report competitor activity, pricing changes, and market trends to the store manager, supporting strategic decision‑making.
- Participate in regular training sessions, product workshops, and digital‑skill courses to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
- Process transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and digital payments while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with empathy, aiming for swift resolution and high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including regular checks of display units, promotional materials, and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in telecommunications, FMCG, or retail sales, preferably within a consumer‑electronics environment.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Basic digital literacy, including proficiency with POS systems, inventory software, and common office tools.
- Goal‑oriented mindset, consistently tracking personal performance against targets.
- Professional appearance, neat grooming, and a proportionate physique that reflects a healthy, active lifestyle.
