Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Specialist Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic hospitality team for a six‑month internship. This position is ideal for candidates who are currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program (minimum D3/D4) or have recently graduated and are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will work closely with senior HR professionals, contribute to daily operations, and develop a solid foundation in HR best practices. Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing welcome packets, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new hires have access to necessary systems.
- Maintain and update the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) with employee data, attendance records, and training documentation.
- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support such as drafting employment letters, processing leave requests, and handling employee inquiries.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team‑building events, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
- Assist senior HR staff in preparing monthly reports on turnover, headcount, and other key HR metrics.
- Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up‑to‑date.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and help coordinate internal and external learning opportunities.
- Contribute ideas to improve HR processes, enhance employee experience, and support a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a D3/D4 program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
