Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars that align with brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and key performance indicators.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of social media accounts (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) including posting, community engagement, and crisis response.
- Design, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads, ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI.
- Analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement rate (ER), click‑through rate (CTR), cost per lead (CPL), and retention to refine targeting and creative strategies.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and product managers to produce high‑impact visuals and copy that resonate with target audiences.
- Implement and monitor marketing funnels—awareness, consideration, and conversion—by mapping customer journeys and identifying drop‑off points.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports that synthesize data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging technologies to keep the brand ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when specialized expertise (e.g., video production, influencer outreach) is required.
- Maintain compliance with brand guidelines, legal standards, and cultural sensitivities, especially when creating content for diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Age: 30 years or younger; all genders accepted, including candidates who wear hijab.
- At least 1 – 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media account management for a brand.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a brand’s social presence for at least 2 years.
- Strong grasp of funnel marketing concepts (awareness, consideration, conversion) and how to apply them to campaigns.
- Proficiency in creating monthly content plans and producing engaging social media assets.
- Experience analyzing data sets—reach, ER, retention, CPL, etc.—and translating findings into strategy adjustments.
- Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads platforms; additional experience with Google Ads or Instagram Ads is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, deadline‑oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor; ability to work both independently and within a cross‑functional team.
