Introduction
The Faculty of Nursing at Universitas Sejahtera invites applications for a full‑time position as a Lecturer (Dosen) for the Master’s Program in Nursing (Program Studi Magister Keperawatan). Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve undergraduate and graduate nursing courses, ensuring alignment with national accreditation standards and the latest clinical evidence.
- Mentor and supervise Master’s students on thesis projects, clinical practicums, and capstone experiences, providing constructive feedback and fostering scholarly growth.
- Develop and lead research initiatives, secure external funding, and publish findings in peer‑reviewed journals, contributing to the university’s research portfolio.
- Participate actively in curriculum review committees, accreditation processes, and academic planning to keep the program responsive to health‑care trends.
- Engage in community outreach, health promotion programs, and professional service activities that reflect the university’s social responsibility.
- Maintain a professional presence on campus by attending faculty meetings, departmental seminars, and university‑wide events.
- Uphold the principles of the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi by integrating teaching excellence, rigorous research, and societal contribution into daily work.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree (S2) in Nursing; a Doctorate (S3) in Nursing is required for this position.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience at the university level is highly preferred; candidates with clinical or research experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Research & Publication: Demonstrated ability to conduct scholarly research and publish in reputable nursing or health‑science journals.
- Skills: Strong pedagogical techniques, curriculum development expertise, and proficiency in using learning management systems.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities; commitment to lifelong learning and ethical practice.
- Other: Open to all genders; candidates must be willing to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
