Introduction
We are seeking a talented Senior Editor Photographer to join our dynamic studio team located in the vibrant region of Majalaya, Kabupaten Bandung Selatan. This role blends creative photography, meticulous image editing, and studio management to deliver high‑quality visual content for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in multimedia education, hands‑on experience with DSLR cameras, and advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee indoor and outdoor photo shoots according to the specific packages offered by the store, ensuring consistency with brand standards.
- Maintain and organize all studio equipment—including DSLR cameras, lenses, lighting gear, printers, and computers—to guarantee optimal performance and longevity.
- Perform comprehensive image editing using Adobe Photoshop, covering retouching, background removal, color correction, and layout design.
- Prepare final proofs and manage the printing process, operating studio printers and quality‑checking each output before delivery.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to understand client needs, provide creative input, and ensure timely project completion.
- Train junior staff or interns on basic photography techniques, studio etiquette, and post‑production workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging photography trends, new camera technology, and software updates to continuously improve studio capabilities.
- Maintain accurate records of shoot schedules, client approvals, and equipment inventory.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMK Multimedia or equivalent (SMA/SMK/Sederajat acceptable).
- Age: 20‑30 years, with a strong preference for candidates residing in Majalaya or surrounding areas.
- Gender: Male candidates are preferred for this position.
- At least 1 year of professional experience working in a photo studio environment.
- Proficient operation of DSLR cameras, including manual settings, lighting, and composition techniques.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop for retouching, background manipulation, color grading, and layout creation.
- Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Reliability to work the designated schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 07:30 – 18:30.
