Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Retail Sales Coordinator to join our fast‑growing team in the water‑heater, building‑material, and HVAC market. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our innovative product portfolio and the end‑users in both residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the heating industry, an extensive professional network, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and present water‑heater solutions to potential clients in residential and commercial projects.
- Develop and nurture relationships with dealers, project owners, consultants, MEP engineers, contractors, architects, and other key stakeholders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas set by management, continuously tracking performance against targets.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical proposals that address client needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand awareness and promote new product launches across the region.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of contacts, leads, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for product development and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with logistics and after‑sales service teams to ensure timely delivery and installation, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry trade shows, seminars, and networking events to expand the company’s footprint.
- Report weekly and monthly sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue to senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates, aged 35 years or younger.
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience in the water‑heater, building‑material, or HVAC industry.
- Strong network within the building‑material and HVAC sectors, including consultants, MEP firms, contractors, and architects.
- Excellent presentation, persuasion, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into clear business value.
- Highly target‑oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data, forecasting demand, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:30.
