Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified agents or freelancers to promote BFI products, ensuring alignment with company standards.
- Develop and coach agents on effective sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques to boost their productivity and loyalty.
- Maintain ongoing communication with agents, providing support, feedback, and incentives that encourage long‑term partnership.
- Monitor daily activities, track performance metrics, and prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create localized promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the Denpasar market.
- Organize field visits, training workshops, and networking events to foster a vibrant agent community.
- Ensure compliance with BFI policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards throughout all agent interactions.
- Continuously explore new market opportunities, competitor activities, and customer trends to refine recruitment tactics.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong passion for field work and direct customer engagement.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for travel within the Denpasar area.
- Excellent communication and report‑writing skills; ability to produce clear, concise daily and weekly reports.
- Customer‑relationship management experience or a genuine interest in developing such skills.
- Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
