As a professional restaurant server with at least one year of experience, you will become an integral part of our daily operations, helping to maintain the high standards that our guests have come to expect.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize ingredients for service, ensuring all items are fresh, properly stored, and ready for cooking.
- Provide attentive, courteous, and personalized service to each guest, from greeting to checkout.
- Take accurate orders, communicate special requests to the kitchen, and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in cooking simple menu items under the supervision of senior kitchen staff, adhering to food safety and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including regular table clearing, sanitation of surfaces, and proper waste disposal.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, safety protocols, and service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years old or younger.
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality role.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and high‑volume environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash and operating POS systems.
