Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Manajer Pengendalian Biaya (Cost Control Manager) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This pivotal role ensures that production costs are accurately tracked, analyzed, and optimized to support the company’s profitability and strategic growth. Responsibilities
- Enter daily production data, waste figures, and output results into the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, ensuring real‑time visibility of cost drivers.
- Generate and post monthly Stock Opname (SO) results, reconciling inventory discrepancies and updating financial records.
- Process purchase orders (PO) for raw material procurement, verify invoices, and coordinate with the accounting team for timely payments.
- Track order progress from receipt to delivery, updating the system with status changes and ensuring on‑time completion.
- Validate incoming goods for quantity and quality compliance, liaising with suppliers and warehouse staff to resolve any variances.
- Maintain organized archives of transaction documents such as receipts, invoices, and delivery notes for audit readiness.
- Prepare and present petty‑cash reports, monitoring small‑scale expenditures and ensuring adherence to company policy.
- Conduct regular cost variance analysis, identifying areas of overspend and recommending corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to forecast material requirements and support budgeting cycles.
- Assist in the development of cost‑saving initiatives, including waste reduction programs and process optimization projects.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in accounting, finance, or engineering is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in cost control or a related financial role within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas) and familiarity with the Accurate accounting software; ERP experience is advantageous.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data accurately.
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, high integrity, disciplined work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of production processes, inventory management, and budgeting principles.
- Additional Skills: Experience with cost analysis, budget accounting, financial auditing, and management accounting.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
