Introduction

We are a fast‑growing consumer vapor products company headquartered in the heart of Jakarta, seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Executive Penjualan Lapangan to lead our field sales efforts across Central Jakarta. This role is pivotal in expanding our market footprint, building strong relationships with vape retailers and distributors, and ensuring we consistently exceed monthly sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Identify, visit, and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective vape stores and distribution partners throughout Central Jakarta.
  • Conduct regular market intelligence visits to assess competitor activity, product placement, and emerging consumer trends.
  • Develop and execute territory sales plans that align with corporate revenue goals, ensuring coverage of high‑potential accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing, promotional terms, and contract agreements to maximize margin while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product training and in‑store demonstrations to retail staff, enhancing product knowledge and driving upsell opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of leads, updating the CRM system daily with visit outcomes, follow‑up actions, and forecasted sales.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly sales quotas, monitoring performance metrics and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including volume, revenue, and market feedback, to senior management on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely deliveries, and effective promotional execution.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, local events, and community gatherings to raise brand awareness.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Male candidates only (as per client specification).
  • At least 5 years of proven field sales experience, preferably in the vape, tobacco, or related consumer goods sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop new accounts and grow existing ones within a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and mobile reporting applications.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with daily hours from 08:00 to 17:00, including occasional travel to out‑of‑area retail locations.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to company policies and ethical standards.
