Introduction
We are seeking an enthusiastic Anggota Tim Penjualan to join our busy outlet of Tropodo. As the front‑line representative of the store, you will play a crucial role in delivering a seamless shopping experience for walk‑in customers as well as handling orders that arrive through popular online platforms such as GoJek, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood. Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers entering the outlet, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
- Process in‑store purchases, handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Receive, confirm, and prepare online orders from GoJek, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood, coordinating with the kitchen or preparation area to meet delivery timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment, including regular shelf stocking, product rotation, and waste disposal.
- Monitor inventory levels, report low stock, and assist in receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with the Outlet Captain and fellow team members to schedule shifts, resolve customer issues, and achieve daily sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of food items and safeguarding cash drawers.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management for continuous improvement of service quality.
- Participate in periodic training sessions on product knowledge, POS system updates, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates (as specified by the current operational policy).
- No prior work experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are welcome.
- Strong adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting.
- Excellent teamwork skills – willingness to support colleagues and share responsibilities.
- Reliability in store security and cash handling.
- Basic proficiency with smartphone ordering apps and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
- Availability to work six days per week with one day off, flexible to discuss shift preferences (morning shift 09:45‑17:45 or afternoon shift 13:30‑21:30) with the Outlet Captain.
