Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Officer Pemasaran Kredit (Credit Marketing Officer) to join our growing team at DW Financial Services. This full‑time position is based in our Jakarta office and offers a structured work week from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our credit portfolio by promoting financing solutions to both existing and prospective borrowers.
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and engage potential borrowers through proactive sales and marketing activities.
- Guide applicants through the credit‑submission process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, providing post‑approval support and addressing any inquiries.
- Develop new distribution channels by establishing partnerships with agents, brokers, showrooms, and other third‑party intermediaries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently monitoring performance against set goals.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and emerging trends in consumer financing.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and credit risk indicators for management review.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting and risk management teams to ensure compliant and timely loan approvals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience as a Credit Marketing Officer or in a related sales role within the financial sector.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling techniques.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving market demands and product updates.
- Clear BI (Badan Intelijen) check – no adverse credit or criminal record.
- Personal Qualities: High level of professionalism, integrity, and a customer‑centric approach.
