Introduction

Biznet, a leading provider of broadband and digital services in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Spesialis Administrasi Toko for its Magelang region store. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate financial handling, and excellent customer service at the Biznet Store. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative capabilities with a friendly, customer‑focused attitude, helping to drive sales and maintain the high service standards that Biznet is known for.

Responsibilities

  • Operate the Biznet Store’s daily activities, including opening and closing procedures, cash register management, and coordination with the central office.
  • Handle all petty‑cash transactions, maintain detailed logs, and reconcile cash balances to ensure financial integrity.
  • Conduct regular stock opname (inventory counts), update inventory records, and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain the sales counter’s appearance, ensuring promotional materials, product displays, and signage are up‑to‑date and attractive.
  • Greet walk‑in customers, assess their needs, and provide clear explanations of Biznet’s broadband, TV, and other digital services.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze daily performance metrics, and suggest improvements to boost conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams to schedule installations, troubleshoot service issues, and follow up on customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in training new store staff on administrative procedures, POS system usage, and customer service protocols.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Participate in periodic audits and support the implementation of new operational policies.

Requirements

  • Gender: Female
  • Age: Maximum 28 years
  • Education: Minimum D3 (all majors) with a GPA of 3.00 or higher; S1 is preferred.
  • Work experience: At least 1 year in administration, sales, or a related retail environment (fresh graduates with strong internships are also considered).
  • Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
  • Analytical mindset: ability to interpret sales data, manage inventory controls, and support budgeting processes.
  • Adaptability to new technologies, willingness to learn Biznet’s service portfolio, and capacity to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Core soft skills: problem‑solving, customer‑orientation, time management, and resilience under pressure.
