Introduction

The role of Executive Sales Corporate is a dynamic, customer‑focused position based in Cinangka, Sawangan, Kota Depok. The successful candidate will work full‑time from 08:00 to 17:00, engaging with corporate clients via chat, email, and telephone to promote and sell our suite of professional training products. This position offers a blend of office‑based activities and occasional out‑of‑town assignments, providing exposure to a wide range of industries across the Greater Jakarta area.

We are looking for a motivated, communicative woman with at least a D3/D4 level of education. While prior experience is not mandatory, familiarity with B2B sales, internet marketing, and basic tele‑marketing techniques will be considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries through chat, email, and telephone, guiding prospects from initial contact to closed deal.
  • Develop, customize, and present compelling training proposals that address the specific needs of corporate clients.
  • Execute systematic follow‑up activities to nurture leads, track proposal status, and ensure timely conversion.
  • Utilize the company’s sales platform to showcase training products, schedule demos, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to stay updated on new offerings and market trends.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting results to senior management.
  • Participate in occasional travel for client meetings, trade shows, or training events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, documenting interactions, proposals, and outcomes.
  • Continuously improve personal sales techniques by attending internal workshops and industry seminars.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree).
  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to negotiate and persuade.
  • Broad general knowledge and curiosity about various business sectors.
  • Demonstrated good attitude, honesty, and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Disciplined work ethic and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of internet marketing, telemarketing, and email marketing tools.
  • Result‑driven mindset with willingness to work on target‑based incentives.
  • Flexibility to travel for out‑of‑city assignments when necessary.
  • Prior B2B sales experience is a distinct plus, especially in training, consulting, or corporate development services.
  • Additional soft skills: adaptability to technology, strong analytical ability, creativity in marketing communication, and effective time management.
