Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, government bodies, community organizations, markets, and UMKM (micro‑small enterprises) to propose collaborative student insurance card programs.
- Design, pilot, and roll out tailored insurance offerings that meet the specific needs of each partner.
- Conduct thorough market surveys and needs assessments to pinpoint high‑potential targets and refine program parameters.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with public and private stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support.
- Prepare regular progress reports, including performance metrics, financial summaries, and supporting documentation for senior management.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of business partners and local agents.
- Develop and nurture a robust network of partnership opportunities, aligning them with regional growth potentials and company objectives.
- Mentor and motivate a small operational team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector or related B2B sales roles; fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
- Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, community groups, markets, and UMKM.
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and lead small teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
