Introduction
Adira Finance, a leading provider of consumer financing solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer – Channeling to join its expanding team in Dana Tunai, Mojokerto, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in driving loan origination through strategic partnerships with agents, merchants, and other financing channels. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales Head Channeling to meet aggressive sales targets while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Execute the sales process as directed by the Sales Head Channeling, consistently striving to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
- Identify, acquire, and nurture new business opportunities by building strong relationships with AXI agents, durable goods merchants, and other Adira Finance channel partners.
- Manage the end‑to‑end credit application workflow: gather required documentation, verify authenticity, and input accurate initial data into the CRM system.
- Conduct thorough vehicle or equipment appraisals (taksasi) for financing proposals, securing necessary approvals from the Sales Head before submission.
- Perform on‑site consumer surveys, document findings, and upload detailed reports to the internal application platform, adhering to all corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including underwriting, collections, and customer service—to ensure a smooth handoff and high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a daily activity log and provide regular performance updates to the Sales Head, highlighting challenges and proposing corrective actions.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, training sessions, and market intelligence briefings to stay current on product offerings and competitive landscape.
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor’s degree) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Male candidates (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within consumer finance, automotive, or durable goods sectors.
- Strong orientation toward meeting and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail for document verification and data entry.
- Proficiency in using CRM and loan processing software; basic computer literacy is essential.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Good problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming objections.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
