Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD), Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (PGMI), or Psychology.

- Maximum age: 0 years (interpretation: fresh graduates are highly encouraged; no upper age limit imposed).
- Physical and mental health: Must be in good bodily condition and possess a sound mindset to handle classroom dynamics.
- Strong moral character and a pleasant personality that models positive behavior for students.

- Key skill: Pengembangan Keterampilan Mengajar (development of teaching skills), including classroom management and instructional design.
